Step 1: Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large, shallow bowl; add the steak and marinated 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat about 10 minutes per side, or until it reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice thin against the grain, then into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Mix salsa with Sriracha sauce. For each lettuce wrap, pile sliced steak in the center of a lettuce leaf; top with radish, avocado and cilantro leaves (if using). Spoon Sriracha-salsa over the top and add a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately with warmed flour tortillas as an accompaniment.
