Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (from a cut pumpkin, washed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond nuts (roasted and salted)
  • 1 cup salted cashew nuts (halves)
  • 1 cup Reese's pieces
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup raisins (golden)
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet sauce the seeds in the oil for 5 minutes; and then transfer them to an engrossed 15 x 10 inch baking dish - spreading them out in a single layer; sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove to paper towels to cool completely.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine the remainder of the ingredients (almonds - cranberries) and add the pumpkin seeds Toss.

  • Step 3: Store in an airtight container.
