Step 1: Heat oven to 400F. Lightly coat a 10-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate.
Step 3: Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
Step 4: Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Step 5: Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
