Step 1: Salsa ... Add everything to a bowl; and toss to combine. Start with a pinch of salt and pepper; then, adjust accordingly. Cover with plastic wrap; and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
Step 2: As mentioned, it is great as a garnish on soups, chili, any Mexican dishes, grilled seafood, chicken or pork, etc. Now, if serving it with chips; I may add some jalapeno, corn, peppers, green chilies; and, a few more spices. But, this is just a simple recipe used more as a garnish.
