Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound crab meat (I'm using imitation 8 ozs, lol)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) sliced water chestnuts (drained, it called for small can)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sherry (it called for 1/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce (dash)
  • 1 can (8 ounce) mushrooms (not drained, it called for small can)
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything together but the noodles. Pour into a 2 quart casserole that you have sprayed with Pam spray. Top with the noodles. (it also had potato chips or bread crumbs for topping, I'm not).

  • Step 2: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

  • Step 3: It says serves 12, I'm going with 6).
