Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 package (6 ounce) stuffing mix
  • 1 envelope (0.9 ounce) Knorrs Hollandaise sauce mix
  • 9 ounces cooked turkey (2 cups chopped, cooked, or cooked chicken)
  • 1 can (2.8 ounce) French’s french-fried onions

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place 1 inch of water and broccoli in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing and sauce mixes according to the package directions.

  • Step 2: Spoon the stuffing into a greased 11”x7” baking dish (I use a 9x9 pan). Top with turkey. Drain broccoli; scatter evenly over turkey. Spoon sauce over the top; sprinkle with onions. Bake uncovered, at 325° F for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
