Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (it said 3 T mayo but picture is pretty mayonnaisy)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender, about 8 minutes.

  • Step 2: Drain and rinse with cold water.

  • Step 3: Drain again.

  • Step 4: Place macaroni in bowl and set aside to cool.

  • Step 5: Add vegetable oil to macaroni and toss.

  • Step 6: Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  • Step 7: Chill and serve.
