Step 1: Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Mix spices with flour.
Step 3: Dip chicken in flour and get completely floured.
Step 4: Fry in oil until browned.
Step 5: In bottom of casserole, put bay leaf and mushrooms with juice. Place chicken on top.
Step 6: Deglaze pan with water, pour over chicken.
Step 7: Cover and bake 90 minutes (you may need to add more water).
Step 8: Uncover last 10 minutes and bump up heat to 450 degrees to get a nice crisp on.
