Step 2: Store in airtight container in fridge or can freeze for longer storage time.
Step 3: Use 2 teaspoons of seasoning for each pound of meat. (So, for two pounds of meat, use 4 teaspoons of seasoning). Rub seasoning onto meat pieces using your hands to adhere. Cook as desired (grill, sauté or broil).
