  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cans (15 ounce) chili with beans (she used Hormel)
  • FOR THE BUN
  • 4 teaspoon butter (softened)
  • 5 ounces bread buns (4 soft white hamburger buns with sesame seeds, split)
  • FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1/2 small white onion (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Make 4 patties, season patties, then cook until browned.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile heat chili until smokin hot.

  • Step 3: Toast buns until browned.

  • Step 4: Plating: put bottom of bun on plate put on one patty, then pour chili all over top with onions and cheese make sure cheese melts, top with top of bun.
