Step 1: Place whisky, sugar, rind, juice, sauce, mustard and celery salt in a small pan over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Step 2: Preheat a chargrill over medium-high heat and add the steaks and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium rare or until cooked to your liking.
Step 3: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the sauce over the sizzling steaks to glaze.
Step 4: Serve with extra sauce and a green salad.
