Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound acorn squash (1 squash)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard (grainy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds, cut into 1” thick wedges.

  • Step 2: Mix the oil, mustard, oregano and garlic powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag; add the squash and swish together to coat.

  • Step 3: Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

  • Step 4: Place on a preheated grill over direct heat and cook for 7 minutes, turn over and cook for another 7 minutes. (The cook time will depend on how thick your wedges are.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
