Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork tenderloin roast
  • 3 tablespoons Steakhouse Seasoning, divided (I just did a few grinds on each side of the loin)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying, 1/4 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  • Step 2: Grind desired amount of seasoning on both sides of pork and set aside.

  • Step 3: Over medium heat add oil to a 10 inch cast iron skillet,heat until hot but not smoking.

  • Step 4: Add pork and sear on all sides until lightly browned.

  • Step 5: Place in oven and roast for 1 hour 15 minutes or until internal temp.reaches 160 degrees.

  • Step 6: Before cutting, let rest for 5 to 10 minutes so the juices can redistribute.
