Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 whole garlic clove (4 slices minced or chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable oil OR 1/4 cup coconut oil)
  • Blue Cheese OR Ranch dressing, for dipping

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place wings in bowl.

  • Step 2: Add lemon juice, garlic and pepper.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle salt, and pour oil into the bowl. Stir.

  • Step 4: Marinate chicken wings for 2 hours, at room temperature, stirring occasionally to keep coated.

  • Step 5: Wings may be grilled, or placed on cookie sheet, and baked at 450 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally.
