  • 1 cup oatmeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sift dry ingredients; cut in butter with pastry blender.

  • Step 2: Beat eggs ,honey , milk with sour cream; add to other ingredients.

  • Step 3: Turn mixture onto lightly floured board and roll out. Cut into diamonds or triangles. Place on greased cookie sheet.

  • Step 4: Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with sugar.
