Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons parsley (divided)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) kidney beans (drained)
  • 3 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 bag (32 ounces) tater tots (frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef with spices, drain.

  • Step 2: Add can of soup and beans,can of corn, simmer for about 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: In a greased 9x13 baking dish, arrange tater tots in single layer.

  • Step 4: Cover with 2 cups of cheese.

  • Step 5: Pour ground beef mixture over top and cover with remaining cheese and 1 tbsp of parsley.

  • Step 6: Place in a 350F oven, bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 7: Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
