Step 1: Melt butter; saute green pepper and onion.
Step 2: Add milk, salt and pepper, and number 2 can of creamed corn. Add cracker crumbs.
Step 3: Pour into a greased 1 quart casserole.
Step 4: Shape pork sausage into 6 patties.
Step 5: Brown in a heavy skillet; discard fat.
Step 6: Place patties on top of corn mixture.
Step 7: Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
