Add cabbage and next 4 ingredients (-pepper) and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 6-10 minutes or until cabbage is crisp tender. Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
Step 2: Sprinkle pork chops with cumin and remaining salt (1/4 teaspoon).
Step 3: Spray skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium high heat. Add chops and cook until browned and cooked through (3-5 minutes per side).
Step 4: Serve chops with the cabbage.
