Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs (I left the skin on, 6 thighs or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts)
  • 1 envelope Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons brand)
  • 1/2 cup water (could use half water and milk)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can (4 ounce) mushrooms pieces and stems, drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 3 hours.

  • Step 2: After 3 hours of cooking, combine soup and cream cheese and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and cook one more hour or until chicken is done.

  • Step 3: Serve over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes
