How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Boil potatoes in large pot until fork-tender.

  • Step 3: Allow potatoes to cool, peel.

  • Step 4: Using the large holes on a grater, shred potatoes.

  • Step 5: Place potatoes into a large bowl.

  • Step 6: Stir in the cheese & sour cream.

  • Step 7: Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 8: Pour potato mixture into a greased baking dish.

  • Step 9: Bake, uncovered, for approximately 45 minutes.

  • Step 10: Garnish with chives
