Step 1: Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; stir 30 seconds.
Step 2: Stir in ketchup and all remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper.
Step 3: Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until reduced to 1 1/3 cups, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Cool slightly, cover, and chill for up to one week.
