The ingredients are:
  • 1 (34 gram) tortilla (12-inch flour tortilla, at least a 12 inch so you can close this)
  • 1/2 cup hash browns (cooked)
  • 2 large eggs (scrambled)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • 4 ounces bacon (4 strips, cooked)
  • 1/2 cup enchilada sauce (red, you can do 1/2 red 1/2 green if you wish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In center of tortilla, put hashbrowns, eggs and bacon. Wrap and pour over red sauce, then sprinkle with cheese. Microwave until cheese melts 1 minute or so.
