The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound chicken wings (split)
  • 2 cloves garlic (processed through garlic press)
  • 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, plus more for sprinkling

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all the ingredients together in a large re-sealable freezer bag and seal it removing as much of the air as possible; swish together to coat wings.

  • Step 2: Allow the wings to marinate refrigerated for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  • Step 3: Remove the wings from the marinade and grill over direct heat turning over after every 2 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. The cook time will depend on how thick your wings are.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with a bit of lemon pepper and enjoy!
