Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • CHICKEN
  • 2 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • SAUCE
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 5 cloves of garlic, peeled and smashed
  • Fresh gingerroot (one 2-inch piece, sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Garnish
  • 2 to 3 stalks of green onions, sliced or chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put all ingredients (except the corn starch and water) in the slow cooker. Cook on low 4 hours until chicken is done.
