Step 1: In a food processor or blender blend the first 5 ingredients (butter - salt) until smooth. Wrap the butter in plastic forming a 1 1/2 diameter log and then refrigerate until cold (2 hours or up to one day).
Step 2: Prepare grill to medium high heat.
Step 3: Working in batches cook corn in a large pot of boiling water until tender (5 minutes); drain.
Step 4: Grill corn for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 5: Serve corn with thick slices of the butter.
