Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 ounces bacon (2 slices)
  • 4 ounces ground beef
  • Burger seasoning, (1/4 teaspoon Chef's choice)
  • 1 large egg (cooked Over Easy,or Over Medium)
  • 1 ounce sliced cheese (Chef's choice)
  • Toasted bread or Hamburger bun
  • 1 teaspoon mayo

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shape ground beef into patty and season both sides.

  • Step 2: Place bacon into skillet and cook over medium high heat until slightly crispy.

  • Step 3: Cook patty in bacon "drippings" until desired doneness is reached,then top with cheese.

  • Step 4: Place cheeseburger on bottom bun,top with egg,then bacon.

  • Step 5: Spread mayo on bread or bun,cover bacon and enjoy. !!!
