Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • CRUMB MIXTURE
  • 3 cups Corn Chex (crushed)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup Oleo
  • FILLING
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tub (12 ounces) Cool Whip Frozen Topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can (20 ounce) peach pie filling

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the crushed Corn Chex, brown sugar, coconut and oleo together well.

  • Step 2: Press half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.

  • Step 3: Blend the cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and can of peach pie filling together.

  • Step 4: Pour over crumb mixture .

  • Step 5: Top with remaining half of the Chex Mix mixture.
