  • 16 ounce bread loaf (dry)
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind together, the beans, onion, sage and the bread.

  • Step 2: Season flour. Shape into patties (little cakes). Coat in flour.
