Step 1: Melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add in onion and garlic; saute.
Step 2: Dash a little allspice and cinnamon on liver let marinade.
Step 3: Add rest of spices to onion add chili, let sweat.
Step 4: Wash rice then drain, add to onion then stir so all gets coated.
Step 5: Add salt and pepper
Step 6: Add water bring to a boil, cover then simmer 15 minutes.
Step 7: In saute pan, add butter then liver. Brown them then remove.
Step 8: Then saute peas and spinach add to rice when wilted.
Step 9: Saute pine nuts. Add to rice add herbs, cover for 5 minutes.
Step 10: Plate top with liver.
