  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups ham, cubed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place cooked rice in the bottom of a well greased 10x6 baking dish. Top with sliced asparagus.

  • Step 3: Turn off heat. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Step 4: Add cheese and ham. Pour over rice mixture.
