Step 1: Place the orange juice, lemon juice, onion, garlic, rum, brown sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, hot pepper flakes and ground cloves in a large re-sealable plastic bag and mix well.
Step 2: Add the chicken pieces and swish together to coat the chicken with marinade; refrigerate for 6 hours.
Step 3: Pour the contents of bag into a casserole dish, season generously with salt and pepper and place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook uncovered for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
