Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup mung beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup red lentils (cooked)
  • 1 cup quinoa (cooked)
  • 1 cup black beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup lentils, (green lentils, cooked)
  • 1 cup chick peas (cooked)
  • 1 cup brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (or a bit less)
  • 2 tablespoons tumeric
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together garlic, vinegar, oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, tumeric & curry powder

  • Step 2: In a large bowl mix all the remaing ingredients

  • Step 3: Pour in the dressing

  • Step 4: Mix really well so the dressing coats all the ingredients

  • Step 5: Place in fridge to completely chill it.
