  • 3 tablespoons yellow onion, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Step 1: Combine sprouts, stock, salt,juice and pepper in saucepan, cover, bring to a boil and simmer til tender. cook down until dry adding butter ,onion and caraway and caramelize a bit
