  • Step 1: Mix together the flour, eggs, salt and water.

  • Step 2: Knead dough until smooth.

  • Step 5: Roll up as for a jelly roll, or cut into strips. (Cut as narrow as possible or into SMALL squares).

  • Step 6: Dry noodles then cook the same as you would regular noodles.
