Step 1: Heat olive oil; add sausage; add garlic.
Step 2: Add kale and cook down.
Step 3: In a casserole layer the thinly sliced potatoes in bottom.
Step 4: Make 4 beds; put cod on top of potato layer; salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Divide kale mixture 4 ways; top the cod.
Step 6: Juice the lemon over the cod.
Step 7: Pour wine and fish stock around.
Step 8: Cover with foil paper.
Step 9: Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
