  • 2 teaspoons cumin, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put oil or ghee or butter, saute garlic fry til turns dark.

  • Step 2: Add pepper and cumin.

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Til mushroom cooked.

  • Step 6: Add rice cook on low 5 minutes.

  • Step 7: Til liquid from mushrooms is absorbed.
