  • 2 cups cake flour (sifted)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 6 ounces bacon (6 slices, diced, grease saved)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat egg yolks; add buttermilk and bacon grease cooled. Add to sifted dry ingredients; mix only enough to dampen dry ingredients.
