Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 cherry tomatoes, cut with a 1/4 inch cross at the base of each tomato
  • 6 medium cloves garlic, peeled, very finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup of vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle the garlic in a dish large enough to hold the tomatoes side by side.

  • Step 2: Place the cut tomatoes, cut side down, side by side, sprinkle the salt over the them

  • Step 3: Pour in enough vodka so it is well above the cut crosses

  • Step 4: Leave at least 24 hours at room temperature. The longer you leave them the more vodka they absorb. Refridgerate before serving, serve with salt on the side
