Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 500 grams ground chicken
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy)
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl a mix together well.

  • Step 2: Roll into bite size balls.

  • Step 3: Place in a shallow baking dish and bake at 200C for 20 minutes. (I usually roll them around during cooking to brown evenly)

  • Step 4: Serve with a Satay or sweet chilli sauce sauce.
