Step 1: Using a mixer cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla; add the two eggs and mix well.
Step 2: Combine flour, salt, and baking powder and add to above mixture alternating with the milk.
Step 3: Gently by hand add 1/2 cup blueberries and then add the other two cups of blueberries stirring gently.
Step 4: Line 12 cupcake tins with cupcake papers and spray with a cooking spray; pile the batter right up to the top of the papers using all the batter in the twelve tins; sprinkle with sugar.
Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
