Step 1: To make the sauce puree the sauce ingredients (sour cream - avocado) in a blender. With the blender running add 1/4 to 1/3 cup water to achieve the desired consistency. Refrigerate until serving.
Step 2: On a pie dish mix together the spices (paprika - pepper). Press the fish fillets into the spice mixture and coat both sides with mixture.
Step 3: Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat. Add the fish and cook until blackened and cooked through (5 minutes per side). Place each fillet in a warmed tortilla and top with sauce.
