Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Spray an 8x8 inch glass baking pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, yogurt, vanilla, and the egg. Stir in the brown sugar.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and the salt. Fold in the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until just combined then gently fold in the walnuts. Pour the batter into the baking dish.
Step 5: Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
