Step 1: Mix together the meat, egg, 2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
Step 2: Form into 4 patties.
Step 3: Heat large lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat.
Step 4: Fry the patties for apprx 8 minutes each side.
Step 5: Flip the burger. Baste cooked side with BBQ sauce.
Step 6: Just before they are done flip and baste the bottom side with BBQ sauce.
Step 7: Add cheese to each burger.
Step 8: Assemble burgers with the lettuce, tomato, onion & bacon.
