Step 1: Pour your broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil, add mushrooms and carrots simmer 2 minutes
Step 2: Add raw prawns and scallops simmer until the prawns are just pink approzimately 3 minutes
Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, sherry and soy sauce
Step 4: Strain the broth into 6 soup bowls
Step 5: Artistically arrange carrots mushrooms, prawns and scallops in each bowl Add a slice of lemon and a green onion on the side Serve
