Step 1: Heat oven to 375°F. Coat a 12 cup (standard size) muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2: Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Step 3: Whisk peanut butter and milk in medium bowl until blended; stir in bananas, egg, oil and vanilla.
Step 4: Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Step 5: Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups.
Step 6: Bake 18 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool slightly.
