  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups butter (softened)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350ºF.

  • Step 2: In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients until well blended.

  • Step 3: Add butter and knead until mixture begins to stick together.

  • Step 4: Remove dough to floured surface and knead until smooth and not sticky.

  • Step 5: Divide dough into 4 balls the size of softballs;

  • Step 6: Chill.

  • Step 7: Roll dough on floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.

  • Step 8: Cut with cookie cutter; transfer to ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Step 9: Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
