Step 1: In a saucepan over low heat stir chocolate and butter together until smooth and then whisk in next four ingredients (cream of coconut - lime peel). Stir sauce over low heat until warm.
Step 2: In a bowl whisk cream and powdered sugar together to peaks; chill until ready to use.
Step 3: To serve: arrange 2 banana halves in each of 4 long and shallow dishes; add 3 scoops ice cream to each dish. Spoon warm sauce over and then top with pineapple, whipped cream and toasted coconut.
