Step 1: Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
Step 2: Add onions and saute for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3: Stir in tomato sauce, tomato, salt, pepper, bacon, ham and sausages.
Step 4: Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Combine mushrooms and stock and add to pot.
Step 6: Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes more.
Step 7: While sauce is cooking, cook and drain pasta.
Step 8: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 9: Layer pasta, cheese and sauce in a greased baking dish. Make as many layers as possible, ending with a layer of sauce.
Step 10: Bake for 25 minutes, or until heated through and lightly browned.
