  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate (or semisweet chocolate, chopped)
  • Water (four 8 ounce glasses cold water)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat bring the cream and milk to a simmer. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir over medium low heat until it begins to bubble (3-5 minutes).

  • Step 2: Dived among 4 espresso dcups and serve with a spoon and glasses of cold water.
