Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: In a bowl mix together the sausage, 1/2 cup marinara, parmesan, 2 tablespoons parsley and 2 tablespoons basil. Using wet hands shape mixture into 8 meatballs (I got 10 meatballs).
Step 3: In a skillet bring 2 tablespoons parsley, 2 tablespoons basil and the remaining sauce and the meatballs to a boil; cover; reduce heat and simmer until meatballs are cooked through (20 minutes).
Step 4: Place the baguette bottoms on baking sheet. Spread each with 2 tablespoons sauce. Cut meatballs in half and overlap 4 halves on each baguette bottom; then sprinkle with mozzarella, dividing equally among the baguettes.
Step 5: Bake until cheese melts (5 minutes)and sprinkle with remaining cheese and parsley and cover with the baguette tops.
